Talent Release Form
Attached below is the copy of the talent release form that we gave to all the actors whom we wanted to feature in our media music video.
Here is the original talent release form that was distributed to each individual:
Here are the signed forms:

The talent release forms were given to each individual actor who was going to be featured in our music video. Their signature gave us permission to use them as a character in our work; it also tells them how and when we will film them, and where the final product will be distributed and shown. Having read it, and signed it, they knew what they were letting themselves in for. Not only the actors had to sign forms: our group needed to sign on behalf of ourselves and our production company to show that we are the only ones who have permission to use them in this way to promote our products.

Location Permission
Box Hill:
We were originally going to film at Primrose Hill but because of our budget limitations and how much it would cost, unfortunately we were not able to film there; instead we are filming in Box Hill. This is the location letter which we sent out to Box Hill to ask for permission to use their land for filming and to ask whether they had any problem with us basing some scenes there. So far we have not had a reply back saying we cannot, so we will interpret this as a positive and proceed to film there.

This screen grab shows the email which we sent to ask permission to use their home gym when filming. The response we got back was positive and the person was delighted that we wanted to film there and they hoped it was to our liking.
This is the location permission letter that we sent to the head of drama to ask if we would be able to film using one of the drama rooms.
Photo-shoot Plan
This is our Photo-shoot Plan for when we will be photographing the artist and characters for our album and advert. This shows the different kinds of equipment that we will need and the outfits together with all the information that is useful for the photo shoot.
Advert Designs
How to create this advert?:
This advert will be created using Photoshop. It will consist of 8 layers. Each of the layers is as follows:
- Background layer ( Fence)
- Layer 1 ( Main actor- Scott Wells)
- Layer 2 ( Interrogation character)
- Layer 3 ( Work character)
- Layer 4 ( Dancer 1)
- Layer 5 (Dancer 2)
- Layer 6 ( Punch bag and fist ( Opacity to be lowered))
- Layer 7 (black background to the writing)
- Layer 8 ( Text layer " FRAMES,NOT GIVING IN SINGLE OUT JULY 2013")
However, we also have another idea which is just to focus the advert cover on the main artist instead of using the other characters. We think this might be more effective in drawing attention to him and underlining the importance of the freedom he represents.
Shooting Schedule
We use a shooting schedule to plan out when we are going to film and the various equipment and performers we will need for each of the different locations. As well as this, we will also write down the different costumes which the characters will be needing to wear in the shot. This will help us be organized on the day and make sure that we have everything that we might need.
